Fitness is very important to me, but often times, I don’t push myself out of my comfort zone to reach my body’s full potential. Enhance does just that! With qualified trainers lead by a good management, your physiques will be assessed, and based on where you are and what your objectives are, you’ll be matched with a trainer that suits you. However, remember your body doesn’t change over night, so it’s important to follow through with training for I’d say at least 3 months while maintaining a healthy balanced diet. Beginner Calisthenics Program
